Right of Withdrawal / Returns

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer yourself.

If you want to return an item covered by our return policy, please send your name, address, order number and the exact product name to retour@potions.de . We will then send you a return label as soon as possible.

Only partial refunds are given in certain situations:

* Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)

When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

sale item

Refunds can only be given for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.

exchange

Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to info@potions.de.
You do not have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
